Infrastructure and cloud decisions that should still be standing in five years.

Where the network runs, where the workloads live, and which contracts hold it together are choices that outlast the people who made them. We help you make them once, against requirements you wrote before any provider was in the room.

Where the money and the risk sit.

Cloud spend is rising, a large share of it is wasted, and outages are expensive.

Where organizations ask for help.

Four decisions that tend to arrive together.

Network and connectivity

Moving off legacy MPLS toward SD-WAN, sourcing carriers across regions, secure access for distributed teams, and a sensible path for cloud and SaaS traffic. Uptime and performance the business can measure.

Cloud strategy and migration

What belongs in public cloud, what stays, and in what order it moves. Hybrid and multi-cloud only where the complexity pays for itself.

Colocation and data centers

Facilities compared on power, density, carrier neutrality, and location. Recovery placed far enough away to matter and close enough to be useful.

Scaling and cost

Spend made visible, then made smaller: unused resources, commitments that fit usage, and renewals that arrive with a plan.

The order matters more than any single step.

Map, require, compare, then decide.

We start by mapping what you run today, what it costs, and what depends on it. The requirement comes next, written down, including the regulatory obligations any provider must carry. SOC 2, HIPAA, and FedRAMP-aligned hosting belong on the list before the shortlist exists, not after.

Every option is scored on the same sheet, the incumbent and doing nothing included.

  • An inventory of what runs where and what it costs
  • Regulatory requirements written before the shortlist
  • Commitments sized to actual usage
  • A migration plan that protects continuity

Who does the work.

We sit at the strategy layer. Cloud architecture, network and connectivity engineering, and the day-to-day of a migration are carried out by specialists on our bench and through the supplier ecosystems we work with, under our direction. Where a provider compensates us, you are told which one and how before you decide. How the bench and the ecosystems fit.

Questions about infrastructure and cloud.

The ones we hear most, with straight answers.

All questions

Do you only recommend moving to the cloud?

No. The requirement decides. Some workloads belong in public cloud, some in colocation, some where they are. When the finding is that your current setup is right and only the contract needs work, that is the recommendation.

Can you help with a renewal that is due soon?

Yes, and sooner is better. Notice windows are often 60 to 90 days before the renewal date. Start with the twelve checks in Before You Renew, then bring us the contract.

Who carries out the migration?

Specialists on our bench and through the supplier ecosystems we work with, under our direction. You have one relationship and one answer to the question of who is responsible.

Three ways to start.

Pick the one that matches where you are. None of them costs anything.
