What could your technology bills be costing you?
Enter rough monthly spend. You get a dollar range, based on what our bill analyses typically find, in about thirty seconds. No sign-up to see the number.
Typical annual savings found
On about a year in total spend.
Typical ranges from our own bill analyses, not a promise. Some bills are already right, and when yours are, we say so.
How the estimate works.
Three kinds of spend, three different stories.
Telecom: 15 to 30%
Lines nobody uses, contracts that rolled to month-to-month rates, carrier fees that were never negotiated, and pricing that has not been benchmarked since it was signed.
Decode a Phone BillSaaS: 20 to 40%
Seats assigned to people who left, overlapping tools that do the same job, and renewals accepted at list price because nobody had the notice date.
Check Renewal ReadinessCloud: it depends
Idle resources, missing commitments, and sometimes the finding that a workload is cheaper brought back. VMware renewals are their own conversation.
Infrastructure AdvisoryWhere do these ranges come from?
From the bill analyses we run for clients: telecom bills typically come in 15 to 30% lower once they are checked against the contract and the market, and SaaS spend 20 to 40% lower once unused seats, overlapping tools, and list-price renewals are addressed. They are typical ranges, not a promise. Some bills are already right, and when yours are, we say so.
Why is cloud not in the total?
Cloud findings vary too much for a range to be honest. Sometimes it is idle resources or missing commitments, sometimes the answer is that a workload costs less brought back on premises. We show the industry waste figure for context and work out the real number in the analysis.
What about VMware?
Since the licensing changes that followed Broadcom's acquisition, we are seeing renewals come in at 3 to 30 times the previous cost. The options are converting licenses to a better structure or moving the workloads to another platform, and both take time, so start well before the renewal date.
