Website design in Boston, starting with a free mockup.

For MSPs, advisors, and local businesses whose site no longer looks like the business it represents. You see a designed homepage on a phone and a desktop before you decide anything. Then a fixed quote, in writing, and a site built on a foundation that holds up: fast, secure, found by search engines and AI assistants.

The site is the first meeting.

Buyers, diners, insurers, and search engines decide before they call. What they see is the whole pitch.

What you get before you spend anything.

A mockup is not a sales deck. It is the first draft of the answer.

Send your domain. We run the Review on your current site, read your brand and your competitors, and design your homepage the way we would build it: the headline, the structure, the proof, and the call to action, shown on a phone and a desktop.

With it comes a fixed quote: what is in scope, what is not, how long it takes, and what it costs. If the mockup is wrong, say so and keep it. If it is right, the quote is the plan.

  • A designed homepage, mobile and desktop
  • The findings from your current site, in plain language
  • A fixed price in writing, no hourly surprises
  • Half of the first project credited toward the next phase

Built for the people who look before they call.

Design gets you the meeting. The foundation keeps it.

Fast, on a phone

Most of your visitors are on a phone. Sites are built to pass Core Web Vitals on mobile first, not retrofitted after launch.

Secure by default

HTTPS enforced, the six security headers, SPF, DKIM and an enforced DMARC policy, so insurers and enterprise buyers find nothing to flag.

Found by search

Clean structure, titles and descriptions written for the result page, a real sitemap, and the pages buyers actually search for, including local.

Readable by AI assistants

Structured data that says what the business is and where it is, and an llms.txt file, so ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI can describe you accurately.

Accessible and compliant

WCAG 2.1 AA targeted from the first template, the policies a business site needs, and an accessibility statement that means something.

Yours to keep

You own the domain, the hosting, and the code. Documentation at handover. Site care is optional and month to month.

Two kinds of client.

The same standard, different sites.

MSPs, advisors, and consultancies

Your site is the first meeting with a buyer who has already ranked you against two competitors. It has to say what you do, for whom, and why you, in the first screen, and then prove it. We rebuild provider sites around the reason to call, with the technical foundation the buyer's IT team will check. This is the website workstream of our growth and go-to-market advisory, and it is available on its own.

Local businesses in Greater Boston

Restaurants, hospitality, services, and community organizations in Boston, Revere, and the North Shore that need a site people can find on Google Maps and use on a phone: menus, hours, booking, directions, events. Fast rebuilds and rebrands, built in WordPress so you or anyone can maintain it, with the Google Business Profile and local listings set up to match. RevereBeach.com is the reference.

Questions about website projects.

The ones we hear most, with straight answers.

All questions

What does a website cost?

It depends on what the site has to do, which is why there is no price list on this page. A local business site with a handful of pages, a rebrand, and the technical foundation done right is a different project from a 60-page site with a client portal. Ask for a quote: you get a fixed price in writing, with what is included and what is not, and a free mockup of your homepage so you can see the direction before you decide. Half of a first project is credited toward the next phase.

What is the free mockup?

A designed homepage for your business, shown on a phone and a desktop, built from your current site, your brand, and what the Review found. It is yours whether or not you go ahead. It is a standing offer, not a promotion, because it is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether we see the site the same way.

Do you build in WordPress or custom code?

Both, chosen for the client. Most local business sites are built in WordPress because it is easy to hand over and easy for the next person to maintain. Sites with specific performance, security, or integration needs are built as custom code with no dependencies, which is how thedeadygroup.com is built. Either way you own the site, the domain, and the hosting account.

Who is this for?

Two kinds of business. Managed service providers, technology advisors, and consultancies whose site no longer matches the work they do, where the site is the first meeting with a $5M to $30M buyer. And local businesses in Greater Boston and the North Shore, including restaurants, hospitality, services, and community organizations, that need a site people can find and use on a phone.

What happens after launch?

The site is handed over with documentation, and you can run it yourself. Optional ongoing site care covers updates, backups, security monitoring, and small changes for a flat monthly fee, with no contract term. Website security is included in site care because it is where most small-business sites fail.

How is The Deady Group paid for website work?

Directly, by you, on a fixed quote. Website work is one of the services we deliver ourselves rather than through a supplier partner, so there is no provider commission involved. How we are paid is in writing before you decide, as it is for everything we do.

Three ways to start.

Pick the one that matches where you are. None of them costs anything.
