Links to thedeadygroup.com may be included in communications requested by the recipient, permission-based marketing, direct responses to inquiries, or communications connected to an established business relationship.

3. Prohibited Practices

The Deady Group prohibits:

  • Deceptive or misleading sender information

  • Deceptive subject lines or message content

  • High-volume indiscriminate email campaigns

  • Continued outreach after an opt-out request

  • Attempts to conceal the identity of the sender

  • Automated email warm-up activity using thedeadygroup.com

  • Use of thedeadygroup.com by third parties for unauthorized email campaigns

  • Use of deceptive redirects, tracking systems, or shortened links

  • Email sent in violation of applicable law or provider requirements

4. Contractors and Third Parties

Employees, contractors, service providers, partners, and other third parties conducting outreach connected to The Deady Group must follow this policy.

No third party is authorized to advertise or link to thedeadygroup.com through unsolicited email. Violations may result in immediate suspension of sending access or termination of the relationship.

5. Opt-Out and Suppression

Recipients may opt out by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by replying with a request such as "unsubscribe," "remove," or "no further contact."

Opt-out requests are added to a suppression list and honored across authorized sending platforms and personnel.
